Install Snowy Dune Launcher with the zip file

If you haven't already downloaded the zip file, download it here.

Installation

Extract the contents of the zip file to any folder. You can use a lot of different programs to do so, we'll show you how to do it with the tools Windows includes.

Right click the downloaded zip file an click Extract All...

You should see a window that lets you choose where to extract the files, once you've chosen a folder click Extract.

Url protocol setup

Open the folder where you extracted the files and run the SnowyDuneLauncher.exe file.

The main window of Snowy Dune Launcher should open with a message indicating that the sdlauncher protocol must be registered, click Yes.

You might see the following confirmation prompt:

When the protocol is registered a new message appears to let you know, click Ok.
